  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes you need to set up an account to place an order. When you register with us you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits

  • I’ve forgotten my password, What should I do ?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

  • What payment methods does 3arabanah.com accept and is it safe to use my ATM/Credit card online?

We accept K-Net, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

  • How long Does Delivery take, and how much will it cost ?

Delivery normally takes up to 4 days from placing the order, Delivery Charges are KWD 1.5. Delivery charges cover all areas in Kuwait.

  • Why does 3arabanah collect my personal information?

- To complete your purchase transactions.

- To provide the services you request.

-To send you offerings by mail or e-mail.

- To assist you with your product and services preferences, that way we can notify you of new or additional products, services that might be of interest to you.

  • How do i know 3arabanah received my order?

Once we have received your order, you will receive confirmation e-mail.

  • Can i modify my order?

To add onto an order you will need to begin a new transaction. Note that original transaction cannot be modified.

  • Can i cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please e-mail customercare@3arabanah.com. Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled.

  • Can i change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

  • How do i return or exchange my items?

You will need to contact us either by sending an email to customercare@3arabanah.com or by sending us a direct message on Instagram.
